Bob Bate and Dan Reece began working in the irrigation industry in 1973 for a large company. They have years of experience in service and installation work on residential systems, large apartment and condominium complexes, shopping centers, commercial buildings and sports fields. The company was established in 1979.

Bate & Reece, Inc. has built a reputation based on doing quality work! We have retained our talented staff of installers and service technicians year after year. Our experienced employees are courteous, conscientious and take their job very seriously. Our customers recognize and trust our employees, with many knowing them on a first name basis. We DO NOT hire a mass of inexperienced employees and then in turn quickly lay them off after the spring surge. Over the years we have witnessed many changes in our industry from low-grade to high-quality products and second-rate to premium labor practices. We have remained a personal, reputable company with over 35 years of experience. We are proud of our company that has been built on customer satisfaction and a personal atmosphere with our customers and employees.
